IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS

 

*Effective May 2, 2025, the U.S. government has implemented tariffs on goods imported from Canada, Mexico, and China. As a result, products will be subject to duties and must undergo formal entry clearance. Buyers will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and fees associated with their orders. Please note that this change is beyond our control.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product at order@theboopshop.ca. Once your request is approved, you will need to return the item to us. Customers are responsible for shipping fees, and we are not liable for lost or delayed items caused by the shipping carrier.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please be aware that due to the nature of custom products, we do not offer exchanges or item swaps.

You are automatically eligible for a refund if the item is defective, majorly damaged, has hardware malfunctions, or if we sent the wrong item. Photo evidence of defects is required.

Keep in mind that our items are hand-painted, so minor imperfections are to be expected. We do not provide refunds for items that have been worn due to negligence or those showing normal wear and tear. Additionally, we are not responsible for any misuse of the products and do not assume liability.

 

60-Day Warranty

If you prefer to receive a replacement tag instead of a refund, our one-time 60-day warranty covers this request. Photo evidence is required to process the warranty claim. Please note that normal wear and tear is considered unavoidable and is not covered under the warranty.

We are not liable for lost parcels. For secure delivery, please choose tracked shipping.

All orders are handed over to our partner shipping company the next day, except Sunday and national holidays. Our post office opens Monday - Friday.

Please note that due to fluctuating order volumes, especially from social media activity, and the custom nature of our products, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience as our small team carefully prepares and packs your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Once your parcel is handed over to the shipping company, our responsibility is complete. We are not liable for any lost items or delays caused by the courier or factors beyond our control.

Boop Tag Care Guide

Please be aware that wear and tear will naturally occur over time, regardless of the item. Customers are responsible for properly caring their tags to keep them in good condition. To ensure your Boop tag stays in great shape, please follow these care instructions:

  • Wipe with soft cloth or microfiber cloth.
  • Rinse with water after beach trips to remove salt.
  • Use only mild dish soap when necessary.
  • Avoid abrasive chemical cleaners.
  • Refrain from stacking multiple metal tags together to prevent scratching.
  • Our tags may be chew-resistant, but they are not chew-proof! Please don't let your pup chew on it, as it's bad for both the tag and their teeth.
